Foreign applicants: April 30 of any year (last date of receipt)

German and EU applicants: July 15 of any year (last date of receipt)

    Admission Checklist for Bachelor Degree Applicants

 German Applicants:

     - a complete and duly signed study application form
     - an official copy of the Abitur diplom
     - documented English language proficiency
       (our institutional code number for TOEFL: 0183)
     - optional: other references (e.g. internship, awards)

     - self-addressed envelope, with stamps attached (1.44 €)
     - a completed application form requesting a room in the
       university's residence halls, if such accommodations are
       desired

 Foreign Applicants:

     - study application form, completed and signed ,
     - official copy of the original academically orientated
        secondary school diploma, official grade transcripts, 
        a complete key explaining the grades, and evidence
        showing the total years of schooling
     - official copies of all the previous academic degrees
       earned together with the grade transcripts
     - a certified translation into either the English language or
       the German language of all the heretofore mentioned
       documentation
     - documented English language proficiency
       (our institutional code number for TOEFL: 0183)
     - optional: other references (e.g. internship, awards)
     - self-addressed envelope, with sufficient international
       reply coupons (value: 3 USD) attached
     - a completed application form requesting a room in the
       university's residence halls, if such accommodations are

 German Applicants:

     - study application form, completed and signed 
     - an official copy of the Abitur diploma
     - an official copy of the diploma indicating the first
       university degree earned together with an official grade
       transcript
    
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE)/General Test,
       with 600 pts. or more in the quantitative measure
       (institutional code number to appear at the score report:
       0637)
       (Applicants to the M.Sc. in Management may substitute
        the GRE for G
MAT. Please refer to the section below.)

     - self-addressed envelope, with stamps attached (1.44 €)
    
- a completed application form requesting a room in the
       university's residence halls, if such accommodations are
       desired

Additional requirements
for applicants to the

M.Sc. in Management:

    - GRE can be substituted for GMAT 
     (Graduate Management Admission Test). Please submit a
      valid score report. Max. validity of the test:5 years.
    - Motivation Letter: Please explain your motivation and
       background for the desired study program. This Letter
       should not exceed one page and must be drafted in
       English language.
    - Resumé (CV)
in English language, in tabular form.
    - Two references: Provide the names and adresses of 
       two university professors whom we may contact for
       references.
